I paid, then spent a couple of hours outside ringing the doorbell and waiting. Nobody answered. Thanks for nothing. After seeing the other reviews, maybe it's a good thing I never got into this horrific place.

There was no service, and the room was dirty. The bathroom was in horrible condition, and there wasn't a sink in either the room or bathroom. The sheets and pillows were stained and dirty too.

No toiletries, towels, or hot water, so bring your own.

The man in charge was kind and friendly to my husband and me. He waited patiently and was really helpful. The location is fairly strategic, close to the main road, and each room has Wi-Fi and air conditioning. It's cheap, so I'd recommend it as a stopover to rest after a long trip, not for a longer stay. I spent one night here. The place has a vintage, classic 90s-house feel, maybe better for wedding photos or a 90s theme than an overnight stay. The room and furniture felt really old, including the kapok pillows, which weren't soft enough. The standard mattress felt more like a twin than a double, so two people were squeezed together and could hardly move. I understand the owner's rule that rooms priced below 100,000 require an extra charge, or a refund according to the booking app. Maybe the app discounts too much compared with the actual room price, which could be why the owner asks for the difference up to 100,000.
