Residents nearby said there had been a water leak in the room, leaving water pooled inside. The place hadn't been operating for more than a week or two, but it was still taking bookings. Maybe the owner hadn't told OYO or the booking service to temporarily deactivate it. OYO got back to me fairly quickly, though not immediately. I waited about 30 minutes and got clarification from OYO headquarters that I could move to another OYO. Thank God, it was a valuable experience. I'd never stayed at a hotel that wasn't operating before.

We booked through the Oyo app around 11 pm and followed the navigation, but it took us through quiet villages, dirt roads by rice fields, and empty plots like residents' fields. We were really scared we had booked the wrong place. Another couple on a pedicab was also searching for the address after booking and paying. We eventually found it, and the men living there came out. They said this had happened many times and the homestay had moved. Why is it still listed in the app? It's awful for people like us to be searching at night when we really need somewhere to rest. Please fix this.

One homestay name, but it has to be a married couple. It's a quiet place, and the rooms are clean.
