We had dinner at the restaurant and loved the atmosphere, especially with the live band. The pizza from Chef Gilang was amazing, and thanks to Mr. Edu as well. We also met the humble General Manager, Mr. Andi, during a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, with a beautiful mountain and pool view, and the lobby gets plenty of sunlight thanks to its open-air design. The hotel sits at the top of the Puncak area, so the atmosphere feels really refreshing. Highly recommended.

Found this place on social media and was glad I did. I stayed for 3 days, and the service was great, with free valet parking too. The food was good. I tried the Arabic yellow rice, and breakfast service was pretty good as well. Vathnia and Nanda were nice and polite.

The view is what I’ll remember most, with the beauty of Puncak right outside the window. We had a great stay at the Aston Hotel, and the service was amazing. Breakfast was great too, including the little dance performance around 9 am in the breakfast restaurant. Mahira was a big help when we had trouble with the room door lock. One of our best experiences.

The restaurant food was AMAZING. I especially recommend the slow-cooked lamb and margarita pizza. Rooms are simple and modern, with a good amount of space, and both the location and view are amazing. Guests can get free photographs, and it was lovely seeing everyone line up for a picture. There’s a gym, playroom and spa too. The hotel doesn’t look that big from the front, but once you go inside, mashallah, it exceeded my expectations. 100% recommend this hotel in Puncak. 👍🏻♥️

Kharia and Septia made breakfast at the Altios Restaurant memorable with their kind service and hospitality. From the start, all the staff were welcoming and nice. I was really surprised to hear Indonesians speaking Arabic. Our mountain-view room made for a refreshing morning, and customer service was incredibly fast. One small suggestion: lower the piano and violin music in the lobby, since it could be heard in every room throughout the day and night.
