The people here were so kind. We let them know two days ahead that we would arrive late and stay two nights instead of three, and they agreed to change our booking. The rooms are lovely, and breakfast is included. Don't miss the banana pancakes. It's right on the beach and a great base for snorkeling.

I found this gem by accident after booking another hotel that I wasn't happy with. Changing to Bulih made the whole trip for me, and I extended my stay by almost a week to enjoy Amed's quiet. Bulih is a fun character. I stayed last year and somehow forgot to write this review, but I can't wait to visit again!

The location worked really well, with lots of food options nearby and direct beach access from the resort's backyard. Komang also sorted out bike rentals for us. Komang and his wife looked after us throughout the stay, and the rooms were refreshed every day. They were clean, with basic hot showers, good air conditioning, and fans. The shower isn't a fast hotel-style spray, but my dive gear dried within a day. A good choice for divers using nearby dive shops.

The price feels far too high. From 5 am, boats are pulled in by motors and men shout right outside the beachside room, so forget about a relaxing sleep-in. We were told there would be vegan breakfast, but they couldn't provide it. When we decided to stay only one night, the staff/owner was rude and kept pushing after we said no. I wouldn't recommend it.

The room was spotless, and I really liked the bathroom. It's very close to the beach. Such a nice place, we'll definitely come back. Highly recommended, two thumbs up.
