We loved it! The villa is lovely and clean, with a nice swimming pool and a pantry. It has three spacious bedrooms, and the quiet, beautiful beach is within walking distance. A great fit for a small group or family holiday in Amed.

This was the worst place. We arrived and found some cockroaches and other insects in the rooms, even in the bed. There was no host there to deal with the problem. We messaged the property and got no answer, so we had to leave the villa right away. The next day, the owner refused to refund us and began threatening us. Stay away. It’s also listed as Arshaka Villa on booking.

It’s a very quiet spot, away from the local residents, and only about ten minutes from central Amed, its restaurants and snorkeling spots. We’ll definitely come back when we plan another trip to Amed.
