The shared kitchen is roomy but lacks enough utensils to cook with. Breakfast came with the stay, but it was the smallest and most disappointing I've had: either two eggs, a tiny pancake, or a piece of bread with something unclear on it. The photos make the place look cute and charming, and that's mostly how it is in person. But it's right beside a main road, so traffic is loud day and night. The room was clean but very small and basic, with only a few hangers instead of a proper wardrobe. The property is new, yet the bed already creaks. The bathroom is minimal, with no shampoo or soap. Traffic noise makes the pool area unpleasant for relaxing or swimming. Locals also often burn trash nearby in the early morning and evening, and the smoke is unpleasant. This might be fine for a quick overnight stop, but I wouldn't stay several nights. Sleeping is difficult with all the road noise.

For 200k with breakfast, this is great value and the location is good. The room and toilet were clean, though there are a few things in the toilet that need fixing 🙏🏻

The location is good, but the minimalist room has few amenities. They didn't refill our shampoo or soap, and the kitchen is very basic with no cutlery.

The biggest issue was the trash burning nearby. Local people did it almost every day, sometimes several times in one day, including at night while I was asleep. The smell could get awful in the room and linger for about an hour. For that reason alone, I would never stay here again. The room was okay but very small, with little space. The kitchen still wasn't finished, so cooking was impossible, and there wasn't even a kettle.
