My room was surprisingly spacious, clean, neat, and had a good Wi-Fi connection. I loved having a private balcony overlooking the pool, with two bar chairs and a swing chair. I stayed for several days and really enjoyed it. The hospitality was great, and the place has both lifts and stairs. Kuta beach is a five-to-seven-minute walk away, with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. A couple of things could be better. The roller blinds didn't block the sunlight well, so proper curtains would help. The room wasn't soundproof either, and I could hear guests hanging out on the shared balcony or by the pool. Car parking is limited, probably three cars at most, but there's plenty of space for motorbikes.

The shared spaces were lovely, with cute spots including hammocks and floaties, and I had a restful stay at Cara Cara Inn for 4D3N. The team was very responsive and even changed my dates for a reasonable fee, despite my Agoda booking being non-refundable and non-reschedulable. At check-in, they upgraded my room, which I really appreciated. It was in a perfect spot near the pool and had a sunny window. The room was well equipped: a very comfortable bed, good water heater, cool AC, nice toiletries, and surprisingly good lighting. The door was a bit hard to close, and the showcase didn't cool properly. I wish the washing machine was still working, since it would have been really helpful. I'd definitely come back if I stay in Kuta again.

Restaurants, the mall, and the beach were all an easy walk from the hotel, which made getting around simple. Our stay was really comfortable too: everything was clean and well kept, and the staff were warm and quick to help. Grace in particular made things even nicer. I’d happily recommend the place.

There are plenty of spots to sit and hang out, from the lobby and pool to the rooftop, and there’s extra parking right next door. The beach, shops, convenience stores, and laundry are all just steps away. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our room floor could’ve been cleaner, but for this price it’s still a great deal.

The bright colors in the room were a favorite. We had the room for four, though the shower felt cramped, and hanging my towel there meant it got wet. I also couldn’t switch off the light above the swing. The AC might need cleaning because it didn’t cool as much as I’d set it to.
