The first room we got at check-in was the one closest to the road, and it was noisy. They moved us to room 4, which overlooked the garden and was much better. The staff were friendly and it was very quiet there. Breakfast wasn't the best, but it filled us up. Meeting point cafe across the street was a real treat, so check them out! We really liked our stay at Manis.

A nice, clean room. We had the deluxe one. The shower is outdoors and never gets very warm, so at night you can wash under a sky full of stars. The people are friendly, and breakfast was nice, pancakes with coffee. The homestay is just outside the busy part of amed. A ten-minute walk gets you to a nice restaurant called warung ole.

We loved the breakfast, and the outdoor shower was a fun treat. The family were so kind that they even lent us traditional Balinese clothes for a ceremony at the local temple. The place is close to the town center and felt like great value for such a low price. Thanks so much for having us.

For 125k in January 2019, we got a clean twin room with breakfast included. They also rent scuba gear. This was the best value place I found anywhere in Bali.

Breakfast was tea and banana pancakes, a really nice way to start the day, and the free Wi-Fi was handy. The room was comfortable and clean, though Room 2 only had a cold shower. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and kind. We had a lovely stay at Manis Homestay and would definitely recommend it.
