Serenia Villas Amed

The hotel manager was especially kind, helpful, and professional. He took time to offer useful guidance and excellent local recommendations that made our trip more enjoyable and memorable. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive, and we liked the neighbourhood too. The villa is beautifully designed and well maintained, with a warm, inviting feel. It was cozy, quiet, and peaceful, just right for unwinding. We highly recommend it for a tranquil and comfortable getaway, and we'd happily return.

We stayed eight nights at Serenia Villas Amed, and it's one of the nicest, most relaxing places we've been. Yanto, the manager, and the rest of the staff greeted us warmly from the start. He was incredibly kind, gave us his number in case we needed anything, recommended food and things to do in Amed, and arranged taxis whenever we needed them. The villa had a gorgeous pool, a comfy lounge area, and an extremely comfortable bed. We also found the filtered water dispenser really handy, with both cold and boiling water. The team would refill it when it ran out. Everything was spotless, and the team cleaned whenever we asked. Their laundry service was excellent too, with our clothes always ready the next day by 10am. The villas are tucked away in a quiet area near the beach, but there are lots of great cafes and restaurants along the road. We often walked to the main town, which took about 25 minutes, and Yanto could also arrange a motorbike taxi if we needed one. We'd absolutely stay here again if we return to Amed. The outdoor living area with its pool was amazing, and the bed was good. The villa was a lovely place to stay. Its outdoor bathroom meant there wasn't excessive moisture inside, though it could have used a bathroom mirror. It's a little way from the city center, which makes it quiet, but close to a small beach. We rented a scooter and could get everywhere easily. Yanto, the hotel manager, was very kind and helpful.

It felt like a home away from home, and we're already looking forward to visiting again. The villa is in a safe, convenient spot, just a short walk from the beach and plenty of good restaurants. It's well designed, with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and a nice pool. The staff were really helpful.
