At least it beats sleeping outside like a homeless person. The upstairs has a serious water problem.

A really disturbing stay. I paid through the app, but when I got there they asked me to pay again.

The service was absolutely terrible. I booked through an app, but on arrival they asked for an extra payment, saying the app price was inaccurate. They told me to cancel if I didn't want to pay. I needed the room, so I had no choice but to pay more.

In 2023 I booked through tiket.com for a stopover from 1-5 pm while waiting for my train, since the previous hotel wouldn't let me extend my stay. The service was poor, and even though the extra costs had already been paid in full on the app, the hotel wouldn't take responsibility. I still had to pay.
