I traveled from Jogja and booked through the blue app, paying the full promotional price of 57,000,- listed on Agoda. But when I arrived to check in, staff said I had to pay another 140,000 per night. I explained that I had already booked at the app price, but they wouldn't budge. They were very nice about it, but there was no ethics or morals in charging over 100% more than the listed price. Is this a hotel or a boarding house? It was late, I was tired and just wanted to rest, but instead I ended up in a verbal argument. I really hate this. Highly not recommended. Don't come here if you're booking through the app, you'll just get angry.

The room was clean and quiet, and the bathroom was clean with hot water. Everything worked, including the smooth wifi, and it looked like the photos. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The price was affordable, and the staff were friendly, responsive, and informative. Very satisfied, and I'd recommend it.

Not recommended. The room smelled of cigarettes, and they said the fine would be double. Be careful, it was disgusting, especially seeing the guards, ladies 🤮

I paid the full amount through the blue bird app, but when my friend went to check the room before I checked in, the hotel asked for about 40 thousand extra. My friend paid it right away. The next day I had to cancel and requested a refund through the app, and thankfully the full amount I paid there was returned. I also asked the hotel to refund that extra fee, but they said they couldn't, even though I never stayed there. If I'd known, I would have waited and paid that fee when I got to the hotel. Why charge extra when the app was already paid in full? Be careful so you don't end up losing money.

The location wasn't comfortable for resting, and the price was wrong. They should reconsider working with the app to avoid disappointing guests.
