I booked a queen bed, but was given two single mattresses on the floor, nothing like the photos. There was no receptionist, so I waited about an hour and asked other guests to help reach the owner. I was told to pay another IDR 170k because the Agoda price was “different from hotel service price”. A really disappointing stay and not worth it at all.

The room was dirty, and the sheets hadn't been changed. When I tried to book through the app, the security guard refused, so I had to pay more than the usual price on the spot. Scam.

I booked in the app, but when I finally reached the place, they said there were no rooms left and offered to move me somewhere else for almost three times the price. I had to find the place myself and call first because nobody was on duty when I arrived.

They took payment through the app, but I still couldn't check in because the place was full. Very unprofessional.

Don't let yourself get caught out here. This isn't a hotel, and booking it could leave you regretting it and out of pocket.
