The hot water was nice, but the service from the mba2 was less than satisfactory. I was given only one towel, and there was no soap. I’m used to hotels, so that fell short for me. I ended up using both towels one.

The AC was quite cold, but the rest of the stay was frustrating. I checked in at 3 PM and found a cold room that seemed like it had only just been used. The toilet was wet, the mat was unchanged, trash was still there, and there were no towels or toothbrushes. The receptionist was rude and not friendly at all. My WhatsApp messages also got no reply.

It was comfortable enough to sleep here, but the cleanliness really needs work. I didn't take photos, though the sheets were moldy, the bathroom mat was discolored and hadn't been changed, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The soap hadn't been refilled, and the sink glass had marks on it. It looks clean at first, but inside it isn't. Such a shame 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
