Roda Mas I Hotel

The receptionist was friendly, but the rest of the stay was awful. I checked in for the first time and checked out just a few minutes later. The first room on the 1st floor was extremely dirty, including the sheets. I moved upstairs and found the same mess, even scarier. The last option was another room on the 1st floor, still dirty, with sheets that seemed to have been used by someone else and lots of cockroaches. I asked for fresh sheets, but they were just as bad. I tried to put up with it, but I started itching within minutes, even in a shirt and long pants. I checked out right away and changed hotels. The 150,000 IDR was wasted, but I don't care, the room was completely unlivable. I asked the receptionist to tell the owner this hotel wasn't acceptable. He said he'd pass it on, but that the owner doesn't fucking care. The owner of a hotel showing so little hospitality is hilarious. One more thing, there were lots of girls opening books in front of the hotel 😭. Why does this place even get called a hotel? Curious? Try sleeping in a room full of dust, dirt, small animals, and trash! 😭😭

The staff were actually friendly, though the facilities feel outdated. Officer 1 told me to go there, but after I went, I told them to go back. They kept showing up uninvited and pacing around. They didn't give me anything to drink, and the 14-inch TV was off. The room was hot and dirty, including the sheets and pillows, and the bathroom was filthy. There was no shampoo, soap, towel, or tissue. Breakfast cost an extra 20,000 Rupiah, even though it was rice that cost around 5,000 Rupiah.

It was really uncomfortable, and the place seemed almost abandoned and poorly maintained. The photos didn't match what we found. The room and bathroom were dirty, and there were bed bugs in the mattress, so sleeping was miserable. The water was off at night, the TV had no sound, and the glass was in bad shape. Ugly and dirty, in short.

I stayed here last year, and it was shabby, ugly, and full of bugs. It didn't match the description and wasn't suitable, but I couldn't get a refund.
