The place was really nice to stay at in Lebak, and the room, bathroom, towels, bed, and pillows were all clean. I was in a deluxe room on the third floor. It’s small for two, though fine for one. The reception and guest rooms are in separate buildings, so you have to walk between them, and getting to rooms on the upper floors means using the stairs.

There’s a cafe in front of the lobby, and the staff are friendly. The location is right in the city, near food vendors, minimarkets, hospitals, ATMs, and other places. It’s a pretty standard hotel, and there aren’t many better options in town. The restaurant menu is limited to things like rice, noodles, chicken, eggs, water, and syrup. Rooms go up to the fifth floor, but there’s no elevator, and the hotel sits along a narrow side street. Cleanliness could be better, with little attention to detail, and rain can splash into the room. The front office staff were too slow and could use more training.

For a hotel in Lebak district, the quality is good. Nearby, you can walk to a minimarket and a few food stalls. The resident office, alun-alun, train station, local library, and Museum Multatuli are also within walking distance, around 600m, or reachable by local transport. Breakfast is limited to rice with a local dish, or bread and jam.

The rooms need to be cleaned better, and maintenance needs attention too. The air conditioning is very old.
