Kutuskutus Villa Saba Garden

The private little beach setup was lovely, though you can’t really get into the ocean water. It’s a huge five-bedroom villa, with three rooms facing the beach. The living area, pool, and views were perfect, and the rooms felt luxurious. We loved it. This is paradise.

The service was shocking, and we’re devastated by the experience. We were promised a couples room, but the listing was false and we ended up with two single beds in separate rooms. Management admits it was falsely advertised and needs changing, yet refuses to give us even a partial refund. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

I booked an agent through them in 2019 for my wedding party. Then Covid and government rules meant we couldn’t hold it. I tried to get my deposit back, but they kept refusing, despite there being no mention of a “no refund” policy. Now I’ve tried to use the deposit for a stay at one of their properties so it wouldn’t be a total loss, and they say it’s no longer valid. I’d advise against their properties. You can get a much better deal at other places nearby.

The people were really nice, and it’s just a short walk to the beach. The room and pool were beautiful. It’s close to the city but tucked away and peaceful. A great place to stay.
