Grand Victoria Samarinda

They were quick to help when the bath mat and coffee sachet were missing from the room. The TV needs updating for the Android era. In the bathroom, a hanger is missing, the water tap is loose, and the toilet seat cover needs replacing. Please keep the breakfast quality up. Thanks.

The breakfast I had this morning tasted good, and the staff were kind and took good care of us. The rooms at Grand Verona Hotel were comfortable too. Thanks for making my stay such a good experience.

The hotel is in a handy spot, close to a mall, mosque, park, cafes, and places to eat, and the booking price felt worth it. I enjoyed spending the weekend here. The building is being renovated, but the staff still served us professionally. The facilities were good for the price, and I hope they improve further. Keep up the good service.

The front desk service was slow and not especially friendly. The room itself was clean and nice, and there’s a small mall nearby with a pretty complete selection of shops. Breakfast was decent, though I’d have preferred an omelette made fresh to order. Sometimes people want it differently, or would rather have a sunny-side-up egg, instead of one that’s already been made and left out.
