The staff made the stay stand out, helping with everything I needed, including restaurant suggestions and arranging transport. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, with all the amenities I wanted. The bed and soft linens were comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was spotless. I'd highly recommend staying here.

4/10
The hotel was poorly maintained and not clean, and we did complain. The in-room TV channels didn't work, the pool was empty, and the fitness centre was still closed after shutting for covid. I chose it based on its rating and guest comments, which clearly don't reflect this hotel. For a 4 star place, it shouldn't be open.

This hotel needs a lot of renovation and some new ideas.

The service and health protocols were great. The facilities and food could use improvement, though. Still, when you're in Tanah Grogot, there isn't much choice, and this is the best hotel in the area.

Loved both the pool and the room. I'd book again if I get the chance.
