The hotel is quiet, and breakfast was okay. It’s an old building, but clean, with a really lovely view of Lake Sarangan.

This place dates back to the Dutch era and is very old. Foreign visitors come and stay for the nostalgia. I like helping my guests see where their grandpa stayed in this area.

We didn’t stay there and never would. It looked outdated, old, musty, and scary, like the “hotel from hell.” I tried to have a coffee, but the cups were chipped and cracked. I only managed a sip before leaving. 🤥😰
