The rooms are reasonably priced, and the hotel was very clean. It's about a 35 minute drive from the Jakarta airport and 10 minutes from the U.S embassy. There are also 2 hospitals within a 5-10 minute drive, where you can go in person or arrange telemedicine and have medications delivered to your room. The service was wonderful. Yati, our hostess, remembered everything we ordered and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She deserves a raise. The staff were some of the friendliest I've met.

Novi at reception was friendly, and the service was exceptional. They upgraded our room and were quick to help. Still, the room and furniture were rather old, and there was a musty smell when we walked in. The TV was small. Just okay overall.

The food was nicely cooked and prepared, and the egg station was excellent. I loved having unlimited protein. The room was nice too, and the staff were hospitable, especially Mbak Yati. One thing to look into is the lift: it seems overly sensitive to touch, and sometimes takes several swipes to work. Not knowing if we might get stuck felt uncomfortable and a little traumatic. Our one-night stay was great, and it was a nice place to relax.
