We admitted we’d made a mistake by playing the music too loudly on the first night. They kicked us out and said, “Just get out, you don’t need to pay,” even though we’d already paid for two nights. Bad service.

It has the feel of staying at an old Hindu temple, and it looks pretty on its own. Nearby there are some decent restaurants and a laundromat, which is convenient. My two-star rating is because of the swarms of mosquitoes, showers without hot water, and times when you have to use the bathroom in the rain. The bedding looked like it had cigarette ash holes, and the host kept meddling and making sales pitches every day. If you can put up with all that, you might enjoy it.
