Great location and pool table, and the staff are nice, but the restaurant needs to step up. I've eaten there three times and the food is good, yet they were out of menu items every time. Today I had to change my order four times. They could tell people when they sit down what's unavailable and communicate better with the kitchen. Drinks took ages too, even though they were bottled beers. They were also missing three of the wines I asked for. It's honestly not a problem if someone explains what's going on. They were out of fries with half the dishes, but had mashed potato. Why not cut the potatoes and fry them, or offer salad instead? Frustrating, though there are bigger problems in the world!

I had such a wonderful time at kacchapa. It was my birthday, and I asked for a little decoration, but they went way beyond what I expected. I was so happy and grateful! The room was perfect, the staff were amazing, and the view was the best in sumbawa. I'd absolutely come back!

We’ve been here for two weeks and would happily stay for months. The staff are very helpful, and the service is friendly. It's right on the point, with a view of Yoyos. There was a bit of construction while we were here, but nothing intrusive. It can be a party spot for the mining crowd.

The location is outstanding, absolutely the best around. My partner and I had a fabulous week here, and the food was amazing too. I'd highly recommend one of the ocean/pool-front rooms.

The room was Instagrammable, just what we needed, and the pool area was so chill and relaxing for a beach vacation. The food had lots of flavor too. We're already daydreaming about coming back. A wonderful escape, 10/10.
