We liked it so much that we came back and extended our stay. The host family were friendly and extremely helpful, and the homemade food was delicious. The modern, well-designed rooms were comfortable and had idyllic views. Just offshore, the water was clear and there was an interesting house reef for snorkelling, though nearby islands had better reefs. The owners helped us arrange a boat for a snorkelling trip, a taxi, and anything else we needed. Five-star service.

The hosts, Julie and her husband, were amazing and ready to help with anything. The place felt up to Western standards, and our room was large, fantastic, and clean. Julie's breakfasts were amazing, and they also offered scooter rental, laundry, some food, and beer. The surroundings are dirty and there isn't much to do nearby, so take a scooter to explore or plan an island trip. We found some amazing, clean, empty beaches that way. This was the best place we stayed in Lombok.

We arrived without much planning, and Julie gave us such a warm welcome. The rooms were clean and nice, and the backyard had a pool, a shaded spot with a couch, and a little coral reef right in front. Julie made us feel at home, and Julies Fish was awesome. It's a beautiful, quiet place with options for swimming, snorkelling, diving and other activities. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for that kind of stay. Thanks, Julie. Hope to see you again!

We stayed with the owners in August 2019, and they were wonderful, especially Julie. She was incredibly friendly and cooked for us throughout our stay. When we needed a taxi, she called one for us at 3:00 a.m. and even woke up to take us there. The place and view were stunning, but what stood out most was how welcoming everyone was. They treated us like their own children. Best wishes, Matteo and Anisa.
