The dining room is roomy and clean, and there’s a TV in the room. The hotel also has a pool. My room was clean and really comfortable.

I stayed in early September and again in the last week of November 2018. The buffet breakfast doesn’t have many choices, but what they serve is always very good. Staff are pleasant and helpful, and the hotel is consistently clean, with simple facilities. My only complaint was that ground floor rooms seemed to have no real windows, just mostly wall. EDIT, during my February 2019 stay, I found some ground floor rooms have windows that open onto the field next door :) The service was as good as ever.

The breakfast choices were limited, supplies ran low, the food tasted poor, and there were lots of flies in the restaurant. The meeting room is about 1.1 km from the hotel. I was first given a room on the first floor with a window covered by something, so there was no natural light during the day. I moved to the second floor, which was fine.

The rice field views and quiet surroundings make this a lovely place to stay. The rooms are clean, breakfast is good, and the staff are amazing. They serve guests with all their heart. The one and only best hotel in East Lombok. Really recommended.
