I paid through the app, but there was no room for me when I arrived, and I never got my money back. The owner took no responsibility for my loss and told me to call the call center. The worst experience. If minus five stars were possible, I'd give that.

The shower didn't work, and using the faucet below it meant having to lie down just to wash. The bathroom was filthy, with what looked like old soap scum dried onto the floor. I booked on the app, but was told all the rooms had been booked when I arrived. They put me in a basic room with mediocre facilities for 132,000. It was strangely bare: just towels, no blanket, trash can, bottled water, toiletries, or anything else. Terrible.
