We only found one power outlet in the family room, but when we asked the Customer Service (CS) desk, they gladly gave us a T-adapter/extension plug. The room was tidy and clean, and the staff dealt with any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. That quick, helpful service made our stay very pleasant. A great experience, highly recommended!

We spent four nights at Pantes Pecinan. It's a simple budget hotel without anything fancy, but it covered our basics: a clean room, hot water, and AC. Thank you.

Since my last stay in June 2024, the hotel has improved. The linens and towels are clean and white, and the AC and hot water both work well. The room floor and doors could still use attention. It's well placed for street food and the traditional market, though the surroundings you see aren't very clean. Thanks for the hospitality, and keep improving while staying pet friendly, Hotel Pantes Pecinan.

The best pet hotel in Semarang!! Definitely recommend it if you're coming to the city 👌

A homey feeling in Chinatown, just what you'd want from a place with a homelike vibe. The road leading there is rather narrow. Service was good, and the bathroom was clean.
