The room was quite spacious, very clean, and generally well cared for. For a one-star hotel it felt cozy, and the staff were polite. The location is fairly strategic, too. A comfortable, affordable base for exploring Semarang.

Such kind people running this family place, and the service was incredibly quick. The local food is amazing, especially with free refills on the soups and very fair prices. Highly recommend!

We stayed one night before heading to Jakarta. It was a decent, inexpensive hotel, though the family room felt a little small. Maybe that's because it was a standard room, I'm not sure. The bathroom needs more cleaning. Still, it was okay overall.

The room is good value if all you need is somewhere to sleep and rest, and the location is handy for anyone looking for food. The AC needs servicing or upgrading because cooling the room took a long time. A canopy over the car parking area would be good, too.
