Thank God, booking through RedDoorz kept the price as quoted, with no extra charges. I stayed with my family in a very comfortable family room. The bed was soft, the air conditioning cool, the shower temperature adjustable, and the room soundproof. The location was excellent too.

I was here a week ago. The room was fine, but the AC didn’t get cold and the receptionist wasn’t very friendly. I tried a glass of water from the refill station in front of my room, and then had diarrhea for three days. That’s my review.

I booked through TRAVELOKA and arrived at 11 PM, but they said the hotel was full even though I had a booking. The room had apparently been sold to someone else. They also lowered the price to attract bookings, then asked for more money at check-in. The hotel and staff were unfriendly too. This place is deceiving the public. Why is it still allowed to operate? Never staying here again.

The power went out at 8 a.m. We’d charged our phones, luckily, but with no air conditioning the room got hot, so we checked out right away. Water in the bathroom was weak, and when many guests used it, it sometimes stopped altogether. Forget hot water. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly or lock, though luckily we were family. Parking could fit eight cars, but cars inside couldn’t get out until the ones behind moved. At night, lots of young people, including women, hung out and smoked in the motorcycle parking lot. We booked a Family Room that was supposedly big enough for three, but it had only a queen-size bed, too small for us and our older child, with no extra bed. When I asked the receptionist for one, she just said, “No.” I explained that the bed only fit two and asked again. Same answer, “No.” She didn’t apologize, smile, or even look up from her laptop. It felt as if I wasn’t worth acknowledging, and the service showed no courtesy. This was our first and last stay here.
