Patra Semarang Convention

In Dec 2025, Patra hotel was being renovated, so there was no pool, garden or cozy lobby. The rooms were elegant, clean and spacious, and each had an air purifier to help keep renovation dust out. Breakfast was good, though we had to be patient because it was served in another building. Drinking water, shampoo and soap were limited. Shampoo and soap still came in tiny plastic bottles, and I hope Patra pays more attention to plastic waste in the near future.

This course meant a lot to me. It taught me valuable lessons and helped me get closer to my dream university.

This vintage four-star hotel had comfortable rooms, a nostalgic feel and exceptional service. Even with its age, the renovation work shows the hotel's effort to stay relevant as hospitality keeps changing. I look forward to coming back and seeing the transformation for myself, and I commend the staff for their steady commitment to guest satisfaction.

The ballroom was nice and the food quite delicious. It was my first stay here. My room was standard, but big enough, and the service was nice. The divider between rooms was thin, though, so we could hear the noisy voices next door. Huff.
