The app showed that I’d paid in full and had a discount, but at the property they said the discount wasn’t valid and demanded that I pay again, with no warning beforehand. Getting my money back took ages, and the receptionist was unfriendly. If problems like this keep happening, OYO should take the app down so customers don’t get caught out. Very bad experience.

The receptionist said they no longer work with the app, so if you’re thinking of staying, it may be better to check in person instead of booking online. When I arrived, renovations were going on. I hope they update the rooms too and improve the cleanliness.

I’d already paid through Agoda, but when I got there they said they no longer partnered with it. Since I arrived at 11 pm, finding somewhere else to stay was really difficult.

We’re guests, so why did the people coming out look at us like they were surprised? The noise went on all night, with singing at full volume until morning, and it was really uncomfortable. The girls were mean and nasty, too. For 150,000 Rupiah, I don’t think it’s worth it at all. The blanket was damp and had blood stains, and the electricity went out at 2 AM and stayed off until morning.
