The second floor had a spooky feel, and the room itself was awful. The sheets and pillows were dirty and smelled bad, the bathroom was dirty, and the TV was broken. This is the most "bloody hell" budget hotel I’ve ever booked.

I stayed there last week, and the room was so cramped that the AC didn’t help much. There was a TV, but it had no signal, just something that looked like ants 🫢. The bathroom was filthy and smelled bad. They should clean and scrub it after guests leave. What’s the point of having workers if the hotel is still dirty? 🤢 The place didn’t look like the photos.

For Rp 125,000, the room was decent value. The bed was soft, the AC was cold, and the shower had hot water. I liked the second floor, and there’s an elevator. With lots of food options nearby and the hotel right in the city center, I felt comfortable staying there.

I just wanted somewhere to sleep, but the room was stained, smelled fishy, and looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned. I asked only for a fresh blanket and sheets, but they refused and gave various reasons. Think twice before booking here. Thanks.
