Room 12, stayed in early August 2025. The room was clean, the atmosphere quiet, the staff friendly, and the location convenient. But the bathroom door wouldn't shut properly because a hinge was faulty, and the water seemed brackish. They required an extra payment in cash at check-in. There hadn't been any notice of this before I arrived.

Really bad. The room, sheets, and bathroom were all dirty, and there was no soap. The sink had no water. The blanket was stained and looked like it had never been washed. Don't book here.

The corner room on the third floor was actually comfortable for what I paid on Agoda. Still, the sheets were stained and didn't seem properly cleaned, and there was a lot of limescale on the bathroom faucet. The water smelled and tasted salty. Stray cats were all over the hotel, and they ended up peeing and pooping throughout the hallway. Please improve the quality so this can become a favorite hotel. Thank you.

Room 77 on the second floor had a dirty bathroom and a toilet that wouldn't flush. The bathroom water was extremely salty, and the mattress was really hard 😭. There were strands of gray hair on the pillowcase, so it looked like it hadn't been changed.

We were asked to pay tax before checking in, which was a first for me after years of using RedDoorz. The service and room were bad: smelly water, a dirty bathroom, a strong cigarette smell, and a dirty AC. I regret coming here and bringing my kids.
