Hotel Tentrem Semarang

The breakfast was a highlight, especially getting to try Semarang street food brought in from local restaurants without having to go out and find it. At Kayu Manis Restaurant, Mbak Alia was particularly friendly and attentive. The spa and kids playground were great too. The playground was clean, roomy, and had lots for children to do. Mba Novi and/or Mba Desi gave really good massages. This was my first stay at Tentrem Semarang, and the welcome was lovely, from the heavenly lobby scent to the jamu welcome drink. Check-in went smoothly, and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I had a Premier room with a balcony, and we could hear street noise at night, so a regular room without a balcony might suit noise-sensitive guests or families with kids better. The staff were all helpful and polite. I'd definitely stay here again when I visit Semarang.

Staying at Hotel Tentrem Semarang felt like a luxurious retreat, with comfort, culture, and attentive service. Its location is prime, and the facilities are elegant. There were so many delicious dishes at kayumanis resto, where Refa gave personalized assistance. The dining options were exquisite, and the experience exceeded my expectations.

Breakfast here is my favorite of all time, and the location is great. The room was comfortable, too. Mas Ari made check-in really smooth, and the staff were compassionate and helpful, catering to personal needs. I'd recommend staying at Tentrem when in Semarang. 👍👍👍

The pool felt like a resort tucked into the city. Our room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, and the service stayed warm and professional throughout. Ina deserves a special thanks. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, and they made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. I'd definitely come back.
