I hope the hotel improves its service. The staff were unhelpful, and the service was really bad.

I asked to switch rooms, but the next one had the same problems. The floors were dusty, the sheets and blankets were very dirty, and I ended up having to buy my own bed sheets. The room only got cleaned after I requested it, instead of being ready that way from the start. The management was that bad, and I really don’t want to stay there again. There was also a leaking sink pipe coming out of the concrete, and the bathroom setup was poorly designed, with water spreading everywhere. Cables were hanging in several places for reasons I couldn’t figure out. Several Grab drivers laughed at me for staying there, especially since there were already so many bad reviews.

I wanted to complain, but I was already worn out after checking in on the evening of January 4, 2026. There didn’t seem to be any management or supervisor at the hotel to handle it. They said it had only been open for three months, but it felt like an old hotel that had been partly renovated and left as a patchwork job. The room was spacious enough and tidy, but the bathroom is the first thing I care about when I enter a hotel. In the first room, it smelled bad and there was hair on the toilet lid, as if it hadn’t been cleaned. I changed rooms, but the second bathroom was leaking and had a puddle. I asked about another room and moved to a third one. That room was okay, but the water flow was very low when I tried to shower, there was no hot water, no tissue in the room or bathroom, and dirty towels from previous guests had been left in the bathroom.

They say the accommodation has only been operating for four months, but it seems like it opened in a rush without enough thought for guest satisfaction. I wonder whether the management had a business strategy ready before launching. The room was dirty, with cigarette butts and hair on the floor and mattress. The bathroom drain was clogged, and there were no trash cans, amenities, or tissues. The receptionist was extremely rude, there was no hotline, and the usual check-in and check-out process was chaotic. There are plenty of other problems I can’t list one by one. I hope this feedback helps them improve.
