Such a calm, peaceful place, and my best stay in Lombok. The host was so sweet and welcoming, and gave me great tips on what to see on the island. I'll definitely come back. A hidden treasure, I'd recommend it 100%! 💚✨

The bungalows are lovely and peaceful during the day, with a grocery store less than a five-minute walk away. The pool looked a little dirty, but the beautiful surroundings still made a swim worthwhile. If you haven't stayed in bamboo bungalows before, the walls are very thin, so sound carries. You'll hear people talking outside, along with birds and dogs that can sound like a war after midnight. Two expressive mosques nearby start up after 4 am, and it can feel like two concerts going nearly nonstop until 8 am. That's not the hotel's fault, and I'd still recommend staying a night or two if you're passing through. Just bring good earplugs if you're a light sleeper. I'm used to dogs, chickens, and mosques while traveling, but these were some of my worst nights' sleep. The power went out several times during my three days there. Maybe that's normal in Lombok, but it wasn't ideal when the AC shut off in the morning as I was trying to get extra sleep. There's also a gap of a few centimeters in the entrance door. If you don't want people looking in while you're asleep, you can cover it with a towel. On checkout day, someone knocked at 10:00 and then turned off the electricity to my bungalow, even though checkout wasn't until 12:00. I assume they were reminding me to leave, but cutting the power manually was unnecessary and unprofessional.

I would have left without staying if I hadn't already paid. The rooms, and especially the bathrooms, were shockingly run down and dirty, and the staff weren't doing much despite all the work needed. The pool was dirty too, with murky water, broken tiles, and overgrown grass around it. I'd avoid this place. There are cheaper and better options nearby.
