The room I was given didn’t match the pictures on the Traveloka apps. The bedcover and sheet looked sized for children. There was no Wi-Fi, and I couldn’t get a signal either, so it was a complete disaster. The room had a towel and a small soap bar, but no other bathroom supplies or even a bottle of water. At first they gave me a fan. After I complained, they switched on the AC and handed me the remote, but it didn’t cool the room. The bathroom drain was open and left a bit of a smell. I was the only guest then, yet the policy required me to leave my key with reception whenever I went out. They clearly went into my room while I was away, because when I came back and complained about the AC, they admitted to turning it off while I was out.

A simple hotel, but it provides the basics of hospitality: a water heater, good linen, TV, and Wi-Fi.

This so-called hotel is the worst in the area. It smelled strange, reception was poor, there was no Wi-Fi or air conditioning, room service was bad, and the surroundings were dirty and unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend it even to my enemy.

The experience was terrible. OYO’s online prices list amenities that don’t match what you actually get. I booked a room with air conditioning but was given a fan, and the hotel didn’t seem to care. The hotel should make its online pricing and details more accurate. If you don’t understand that, don’t work with an online provider.

The only thing this place has going for it is its spot on the main road. The room had a thin blanket and sheets, cockroaches, and a smelly bathroom. There was AC but no remote, no hot water, and no Wi-Fi. The entrance was narrow and stuffy, like a cave.
