The staff and management were very friendly, and there's a free drop-off to the airport. They don't offer pickup, though, and the airport is too far to walk, especially with the language barrier. I had to change rooms three times before getting an upgrade from Superior to Deluxe. The rooms are worn, and there was no toilet paper. Breakfast was very simple Indonesian-style. Thanks for hosting me.

Being near the airport makes the location convenient, and the service was very good. Getting out from the hotel's front entrance can be difficult, though, and causes traffic jams. The room AC wasn't very good either. I think these issues can be improved.

The staff were cooperative, and the hotel offers free pickup and drop-off. A good place to stay.

The rooms are below even the minimum standard for a hotel. There were lots of rats and mosquitoes.

There aren't restaurants nearby, just food stalls. Some rooms also have trouble with the air conditioning and hot shower, which don't work properly.
