The bed was clean and comfortable, and I couldn’t hear outside noise even though the windows are single glazed. It’s also a very convenient short walk to the mall. For the price, the Indonesian-style breakfast was really good. I didn’t expect this level of service from a cheaper hotel. The room is dated, the air conditioning is on the noisy side, and the bathroom light feels like an 80s disco.

The room wasn’t very clean, especially the bathroom. We were also charged excessive extra fees because a towel had slight stains, even after we explained they should come out with a normal wash.

The location is very good, near the toll exit, so it can work for resting for a night. Still, I can’t recommend the hotel unless they change how they operate. I booked through agoda, where it clearly said children under 12 could stay free using an existing bed, but they charged Rp. 120.000,- for my 11-year-old. Breakfast was Rp 150.000,- per person, far more than at some 4-star hotels. The room felt like motel standard, not a hotel, and for the price I’m sure we could find somewhere better.

The food was okay, and I was especially excited by the crispy tahu cabe garam. It was really good. The hotel is near both the bus terminal and the toll road.
