The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, there's plenty of free parking, and the soundproofing between rooms is decent. The hotel is right in the middle of the city. Breakfast was good but very ordinary. The bathroom had a slight unpleasant smell that wasn't too bothersome but should be fixed. Getting to the lift is a bit of a hassle, since it's away from the front lobby and you have to go outside through a small door. That could be awkward with large luggage.

Sinta was really friendly and called ahead to go over details like checkout and extending the room. The hotel was a little disappointing since there are no ironing facilities. The food selection is average and stays consistent.

There’s a wide breakfast spread, starting at 66k rupiah per person, and the hotel is in a great spot in the city. The staff were excellent, especially the interns. Laila from the restaurant noticed I had a cough and suggested jamu, which helped relieve it. Fariz was attentive and went the extra mile too. Great value for the money, and a big thank you to everyone. All the best!
