Even after we'd paid in full, one of the rooms in our booking was handed to somebody else without telling us first. I'd suggest staying somewhere better, where they won't give away your room without notice.

The staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms are clean and roomy with comfortable beds. Horison Ultima Ratu also has a pool, fitness center, spa, and an on-site restaurant with tasty choices for all three meals. Its Serang location puts business areas, attractions, and shops nearby, so it works for both work and leisure. A cozy, convenient stay with good value and the essentials covered.

The food was so good, and mba intan gave such nice service. Horison Ultima Ratu Serang is in a really strategic location, a good place for a staycation. I'll be back soon.

The hotel has spacious rooms, friendly service, and a fresh feel, with a nice view and good facilities. It's easy to reach from the main road, and the location is handy, with places to eat nearby, from seafood and pecel lele to meatballs and warteg. Indomaret and alfamart are within walking distance too, and there's lots of parking for cars and motorcycles. Guests can use the large, clean pool at any time, and breakfast packages come with a good variety of food. The rooms are in good shape, with a TV, a comfortable bed, and a clean bathroom. My only complaints are that the musholla is small and could use more space, and there's no hair dryer in the bathroom. Still, I found it a satisfying, affordable option for a trip or holiday in Serang.
