The guesthouse is at the back of the building, with the owner's private courses in front and meeting rentals in the middle. Our two-day stay was enjoyable. It was spotless, had all the conveniences, and cost little. The main drawback was the water pressure, which fluctuated a lot, perhaps because of a pump problem. The view from in front of the rooms is a sawah ringed by houses and a small mosque. They were planting rice while we were there. The mosque speaker is set rather high, which reduces the noise a bit. Parking out front fits only four or five cars, and during the day the students' motorcycles fill the space. Kampoeng Mataram, a great Javanese restaurant with art galleries beside it, is within walking distance. Very nice.

At IDR 175,000 a night, Griya Jagadhaya is a pretty good pick. The room was clean, though you have to ask for it to be cleaned since they won't do it otherwise. Noise was the downside: the walls seem thin, and it got quite loud around dawn.
The staff were really kind and helpful, and both the room and bathroom were clean. The shower was a little weak, though the jet washer had plenty of pressure.
Thanks to the staff for helping us find the nearest Catholic church for Sunday mass. There's also breakfast, other food, and minimarkets around the inn.
A quiet, super clean hotel, and quite unique with a rice paddy view on the side. Great value for the money.
