The Oyo app let me book, but when I arrived, the hotel was full and I’d made the whole trip for nothing. They should have told me when they confirmed through WhatsApp if there were no rooms available.

Traveloka showed a very low price, but when I got there, the hotel was closed. The contact number listed in the app was wrong, so I couldn't reach anyone to confirm.

I was meant to stay at a different hotel, but got sent here instead, and this place cost more too. The toilet was dirty, the sheets hadn't been changed, and the chair was broken. The shower leaked and there wasn't any drinking water. Ahhh, really bad.

Traveloka is still taking payments for this hotel even though it's closed.

Funny that Traveloka is still taking bookings when the hotel is closed.
