RedDoorz near Rumah Sakit Wirosaban

Check the room before paying if you book here. We paid by credit card for three nights, about 50€ or 750000 IDR per night, after booking without the Reddoorz label. The room had dead cockroaches on the floor, a stained blanket, a poorly cleaned bath, dust everywhere, and a bathroom door that wouldn’t close. For 10-15€ a night, maybe those problems would be tolerable, but not at 50€. A room can be basic, but it should be clean. The same hotel or homestay also operates as "New Chez Laelik Homestay Jogja". After we complained, there was no real solution. The hotel disagreed, so we canceled the credit card booking and left without a room, while the charge wasn’t canceled.
