Breakfast comes with the room, and there are bicycles guests can use to explore around the hotel. But the standout for me was the car service: when you stay and park there, the hotel crew washes and cleans your car every morning. I’ve never come across a hotel service like that before. So nice! 🤩😍

April 2025 update: the service is still consistent, and I’d recommend the place and come back again. The rooms are clean, with free drinking water, air conditioning, hot water, and fast free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is free too. There’s a newer building with better rooms. You can book directly with the hotel or through platforms like Traveloka and tiket.com.

Parking service is good, and there’s a chiller or refrigerator, TV, and AC in every room. The hotel itself is old and inexpensive. Room sizes aren’t consistent, the rooms can be noisy, and there’s no electric kettle or smoking area. Bathroom cleanliness is standard, and breakfast is a standard menu.

Everything about the service and the way they treat guests felt perfect during our stay. It’s the most humble hotel I’ve ever visited in Sibolga. Please keep up the good service until our next visit!
