A couple of things bothered me. I’d told them I was staying another night, and they understood. When I got back at 7 p.m., tired and heading straight to my room, they watched me go even though they knew my key card had been blocked. Nobody mentioned it, which didn’t make me feel like a guest. Also, paying guests should get breakfast for free. That’s hospitality. And why ask for a 100,000 rupiah deposit for the mini snack bar? It makes me wonder if they’re counting on guests forgetting it when they leave and keeping the money. I didn’t feel respected as a guest.

We had a very pleasant stay. The atmosphere was cozy, the air was cool, the location was good, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious, and it felt like good value for money. My family and I will definitely choose Parrona Queen Hotel again when we visit North Tapanuli. I’d recommend it. Thanks!
