A nice café and restaurant just across the road made meals easy, and the construction next door didn’t really bother us. We stayed at Villa Kropak in mid-January 2025 in the Honeymoon Suite. It was spacious and clean, with a very large bathroom, and we loved the building’s authentic Balinese charm. The big pool has an incredible rice-field view, and since we were the only guests then, it felt especially peaceful. Service was great, the manager was warm and welcoming, and I enjoyed the massage. A very relaxing, memorable stay! 🫶

We booked at the last minute and took the Family Suite (2 Bedrooms), the only unit left. There are just 3 rental units here. The staff paid close attention to what we needed, and breakfast was really good. The pool was very clean, so we jumped in as soon as we checked in. Right across from the samanvaya strip, with plenty of warungs and restaurants nearby. A lovely quiet place to chill out in Sidemen.

My room had lots of space and a large outdoor bathroom, and there are several good restaurants nearby. You can also eat dinner at the hotel. The setting is peaceful, with gorgeous views. The kind staff can arrange guides, activities, and transport when needed. I’d recommend it for a Sideman visit and would love to return.

Just a few quaint rooms in a Balinese-style place overlooking the rice paddies. The staff are lovely, and breakfast is great. You can walk to some amazing restaurants and cafés. A real hidden gem, and I’d stay again!

It was very calm at the villa, and we had a great stay there even though there isn’t much to do in this area. Asri, a great restaurant, is right across from the villa. We liked the room, the beautiful scenery, and the pool. Service was kind and very nice, and breakfast was delicious. There were big gaps in the door, though, so ants and other insects got into the room. We saw that this is normal in other villas in Bali.
