This place is awful.

From outside, this boarding house looks tidy, clean, and well organized. It has quite a few rooms, and the two floors make it feel spacious and comfortable. The upper level seems to get good airflow, which should suit residents who like a cool, peaceful atmosphere. I’m giving it five stars because I see plenty of potential for it to grow, especially with professional digital management. Right now, its website is still through the Mamikos platform. I think having its own site one day could make it easier to show information and photos and manage tenants. At Amanah Solution, God willing, we’re ready to help if needed, whether with boarding house management software or website creation. If you’d like to know more, search Google Maps for Amanah Solution. I hope the boarding house keeps running smoothly and remains a comfortable, blessed place to live.

For anyone who likes praying together at a mosque in an established housing complex, the location is excellent. The room itself is nothing special, but it does the job. One unusual thing: the toilet has a seat but no flush, so you have to use a ladle.

A very recommendable boarding house, with friendly service and rooms that are clean, tidy, and comfortable. The price is affordable, and the location is convenient, near the terminal, Waru station, the BKN office, and more. You won’t be disappointed.
