RedDoorz Syariah @ Delta Sari Aloha Waru

We were traveling through to Banyuwangi and stayed one night. The bathroom was dirty, with cobwebs everywhere, and we had to leave the car parked outside. The keeper wasn't very friendly either. There was no hot water because the heater was off, and no solution was offered. We were traveling with our kids, and the keeper just chuckled and said, "Well, the heater's off, so it's off." That's all, and thank you.

We paid 200,000 Rupiah for one night. It can also be used as a boarding house. We had asked for a double bed, but it was already taken. Our second-floor room had a king-size bed for two, plus a chair, a table (not really a work desk) and a TV. It was quite spacious, but two of us were given just one towel. Wi-Fi is available, though the signal in room 7 was poor and kept cutting out. There is a bathroom water heater. For faster water flow, you can switch on the booster pump, but remember to turn it off afterward or it'll keep running. The place is in the Delta Sari housing complex, near the "Bentar" mini market. There's a good range of food along the road in front of the complex. The parking area holds about three-quarters of a car inside the gate, if I remember right, so we parked outside when it was full. There's also a fairly spacious prayer room on the first floor. Still worth the price.

The room was spacious enough and the air conditioning was cool. It had a fairly large refrigerator and TV, plus a good teak wood wardrobe. The bathroom was spacious too, with a hot water shower and sink. There's parking for both cars and motorbikes, and the prayer room behind the parking lot is comfortable.

It's comfortable enough, though not luxurious, with air conditioning, a TV, refrigerator, and hot and cold water. I wouldn't really call it a hotel. The building needs quite a bit of repair, but hopefully future stays will be better.
