There were holes in the ceiling that looked like mice had made them, and mice could move between rooms and walk around at night. With that going on, sleeping was impossible. Mold covered all the walls inside the room. The sheets were clean and the AC worked, but those things don’t make this a place worth staying in. I saw the owner’s nice responses to Google Maps comments, but I don’t think they take the feedback into account. The place is terrible, and I do not recommend it to anyone. Better to pay more and stay somewhere else.

We only stayed because moving to another place farther from the airport so late at night felt like too much hassle. The room we were given was visibly dirty, with mould on the walls and old, broken things everywhere. It looked nothing like the new, clean photos in the listing, and several advertised items were missing, including a TV, water and body wash. When we asked reception about it, they offered no apology or fix, just said the hotel was being renovated and the photos showed what it would look like later. Worst place we’ve ever stayed. Don’t stay here.

There were ants all over the floor and even in the bed, and the water smelled disgusting. After three months backpacking around SE Asia, this was easily the dirtiest place we’d stayed. The rooms looked nothing like the photos, and I couldn’t find a single clean surface. I’d give it zero stars if I could. I wouldn’t recommend it even for free. Stay away for your own good.

I was relieved this was only a one-night stop. The room was filthy and smelled so bad the stink got onto all my stuff. I’m not fussy about hotels, especially for a night in transit, but I felt so unclean that I slept in my sleeping bag liner. Getting checked in was a whole ordeal. I’d booked through the "booking" app, but they said my reservation had somehow disappeared, even though I showed them the active confirmation. They tried to charge more than the booked price, then, when I insisted on paying what the app showed, tried to move me to a different room. After 45 minutes of politely arguing, we got angrier and they finally gave us the room at the agreed price. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and wouldn’t return.
