Don't pay online. I'd already paid, though it wasn't a large amount, and was disappointed when the owner said no money had arrived and called the online payment a scam. He said payment and booking had to be made directly with him. The room quality matches the price, so don't expect more.

At 300,000 rupiah and up, the prices are affordable for students. There are plenty of rooms, so space shouldn't run out, and the location is strategic. The place is clean, tidy, and well maintained, and seems suitable for students or people living alone.

The housekeeper is very friendly, and the air conditioning is really cool with no problems. The boarding house is clean and neat throughout, from the bathrooms and corridors to the rooms. It seems suitable for students and salespeople, though the general public could stay too. They also accept boarders with air conditioning.
